  1. The event is organized by Adam Ben Salem – hereinafter referred to as the organizer.
  2. By signing the application, the exhibitor undertakes to participate in the respective event and to pay the agreed stand fee by the respective due date, provided that the application is also accepted by the organizer. Furthermore, the exhibitor and his representatives also submit to the exhibition conditions, the official regulations and the house rules. Verbal agreements do not exist.
  3. Exhibition venue and exhibition times: Bauernmarkt 21, 1010 Vienna. Exhibition times will be announced by e-mail a few days before the event.
  4. On the part of the organizer, registrations only become valid after written confirmation (also by e-mail) or upon receipt of the invoice by the exhibitor. The organizer is entitled to reject registrations without giving reasons.
  5. Exclusion of competition may neither be demanded nor promised.
  6. In the event of a declaration of withdrawal by the exhibitor, the exhibitor must pay the full stand fee. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing and in any case by registered letter at least 7 working days before the planned market. In the event of a late declaration of withdrawal, or in the event that an exhibitor does not occupy his stand without a prior declaration of withdrawal, an additional contractual penalty of 100% of the stand rental fee shall be payable.
  7. If it is not possible to hold the event in an orderly manner for whatever reason, the organizer is entitled to cancel the event or to shorten the duration of the exhibition without the exhibitor being able to claim a refund of the stand fee or compensation for damages, unless the organizer or its vicarious agents can be accused of wilful intent or gross negligence. If the event is canceled, the exhibitor will be promised another market date.
  8. Stand allocations are made by the organizer. Exhibitors are not entitled to assign their stand space in whole or in part to third parties, to exchange it or to accept orders for companies that have not registered. The authorized inclusion of a co-exhibitor is subject to a fee.
  9. The exhibitor is obliged to occupy his stand during the exhibition hours with the goods specified by him and to keep it open and manned by competent personnel during the specified opening hours. Only the items listed on the registration form may be exhibited. For this purpose, the exhibitor must provide the organizer with at least 2 product photos and 1 stand photo at the organizer’s request.
  10. The sale of food and beverages, refreshments and stimulants of any kind is prohibited or requires the prior written approval of the organizer.
  11. The exhibitor’s sales stand must present a proper appearance appropriate to the event. If this is not the case, the organizer may rectify this at the exhibitor’s expense.
  12. The stand set-up times will be announced separately and in good time. Stand construction must be completed by half an hour before visitors are admitted on the respective opening day. The exhibitor undertakes to ensure that, without exception, deliveries to the stands during the event days are completed half an hour before the start of the event or are only carried out again after the end of the event day. Stand dismantling may only begin after the end of the exhibition. Premature dismantling of the stand is not permitted and will be subject to a contractual penalty of 50% of the stand rental fee. In the event of non-compliance with the clearance deadline, the exhibitor shall bear the costs of removal or storage.
  13. Every exhibitor is obliged to keep his stand area and the 3 m radius around the stand clean. Each exhibitor must dispose of his own garbage. At the end of the event, the stand area must be left in a completely clean and tidy condition. Any necessary replacement cleaning by the organizer shall be at the expense of the exhibitor.
  14. The organizer exercises domiciliary rights on the entire exhibition grounds and is entitled to intervene in the event of violations. The costs of these measures shall be borne by the exhibitor. The organizer is entitled to exclude individual articles before and during the event or to exclude an exhibitor from the event in the event of gross violations.
  15. The exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that the necessary permits are available for his or his representatives’ activities on the stand or premises and that applicable trade, competition, health, fire and police regulations and laws are complied with. The exhibitor hereby also declares that he is in possession of a corresponding trade license.
  16. For all unfulfilled obligations and resulting costs, the organizer shall be entitled to the lessor’s lien on the exhibition goods brought in. The organizer shall not be liable for damage to or loss of the pledged property through no fault of its own and may sell the pledged property by private treaty after giving written notice. It is assumed that all items brought in by the exhibitor are the unrestricted property of the exhibitor or are subject to his unrestricted power of disposal. The right of lien is also transferred to the goods of the exhibitor’s contractors.
  17. The exhibitor is responsible for supervising and guarding the stand.
  18. The organizer accepts no liability for damage, loss or theft. No claims for damages can be made against the organizer in this respect. The exhibitor is responsible for taking out appropriate insurance.
  19. The exhibitor is liable for personal injury and damage to property caused by the exhibitor, his representatives or his company. The exhibitor must take out appropriate liability insurance.
  20. Any taxes and duties required by the authorities must be paid by the exhibitor.
  21. Data protection: for the purpose of automatic processing of data, the information is stored and, if necessary, passed on to third parties for the purpose of executing the contract.
  22. It is agreed that Austrian law shall apply to the contractual relationship.
  23. Should one of these provisions be or become invalid or contradict statutory provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The two contracting parties shall replace the invalid provision with a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same shall also apply in the event of a gap in the contract.
