Our market in the 1st district is entering the next round. Right in the heart of Vienna, just a three-minute walk from Stephansplatz, our market is located at Bauernmarkt 21 – a perfect location with high visitor frequency, especially in the summer months!
The first dates for 2025 have been set:
23.05. – 25.05.2025 (registration deadline: 04.05.2025)
20.06. – 22.06.2025 (registration deadline: 01.06.2025)
Planned opening hours:
Friday: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Hard Facts:
- Stand size: 2.2 x 1.5 m
- 287,- € gross for Friday to Sunday (3 days)
- Electricity and table can be booked in the registration form
- Free admission for visitors
- Open air space with possibility of roofing
- Only 20-25 exclusive stands for a special product selection
- 2 food trucks per event
Some questions that we know from experience often arise:
Can stands be shared?
In principle, yes, but only in consultation with us. We want to ensure a variety of products, especially because the stand spaces are limited. As you know, the markets are often very saturated when it comes to jewelry or ceramics. That’s why we pay attention to the style of the items. If the designs are similar to those of other exhibitors, we will unfortunately have to turn you down.
What happens when it rains?
It is an open-air space, but we are currently installing canopies to protect you from both the sun and the rain. So if only light rain is forecast, the market will still take place.
Stand plan, set-up and dismantling times, invoice, etc.?
You will receive all important information and the invoice in good time before the market.
Do all three days have to be booked?
Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, it is not possible to assign the days individually. However, you are welcome to join forces with another label and share the days. The same applies here as for sharing a stand – please only in consultation with us.
